How to use this page
Keep Hevy for logging and load. Use this as a fast, low-effort reference:
- Workouts mode: Navigate A1 / B1 / A2 / B2 by day and see the exercise stack.
- Exercises mode: Browse individual movements with succinct setup and execution cues.
- Videos: Each exercise has a one-click YouTube search link so you can grab a demo if you need a quick visual.
This is intentionally minimal: no progress tracking, no timers, just the stuff you actually want to see mid-session.
You can extend the data model in <script> if you add variants or new movements later.
